After fighting the elements and back to the hotel, supper was done in Hilton at Reno. It's just another buffet place, nothing to write home about.

After a lot of food (almost too much, hehehe), we walk around for a bit to take some pictures. Reno is much smaller than Las Vagas, there are a lot of light on the street, but no where as grant. It really the biggest small city in the world.... small city.

I am sure Yin didn't invent this, but I called it Yin's anyway since she show me how to made them. Ok, Yin's claims she invents it.

Ingredients:
- ground beef (~500g)
- onion (1/2)
- black pepper
- salt
- Chinese cooking wine
- soy sauce

Steps:
1 ) blend the gound beef in a large bowl
2 ) dice the onion into small pieces
3 ) add the onion into ground beef, about 40/60 proportion
4 ) add 1/2 tea spoon of salt
5 ) add a splash of (~3 tea spoon) cooking wine and another splash of soy sauce
6 ) add appropriate amount of black pepper
7 ) mix up all ingredients
8 ) fire up a pan with oil
9 ) put some onion into the pan
10) scoop out chunk of beef and put it in the pan after roll it into a ball shape
11) roll and cook meatballs until it's done





If desired, we can make some sause using catchup, vinegar, and suger, or other pre-made sause.

I usally went up to Lake Tahoe for snowboarding with my brother and his friends each time I come to San Francisco, there is no exception this year. Unfortunately, none of my brother's friends can make it this year. So, we decided to make it a long weekend and stay at Reno for a weekend with my parents coming along. They are hitting the casino floor while we are coming down the skihill.

Saw it at pig, Hong Kong's Transport Dept has their road-side camera on-line.

For curiousity, look it up from Google and found that Ottawa also has their traffic camera on-line.

Thinking back, no wonder people are worried about privacy.... Police always saying they are "reviewing" CCTV on some crime for clue these days.... I am sure there are a lot of these camera everywhere. As a fact, I know there are many of them around Nortel's property @ Carling.

There was only a green run open mostly, so I took my time to get back in shape and form as well as riding more switch. I think I am almost back to the same ride level as last year, except on blue terrain.

There are some changes this year as far as CASI L1 contents change:
- For static pivot exercise, now we are doing it both feet unstripped
- For static flex and extension exercise, we are still remain one foot binded in.
